Doch wie geht es weiter?<\/p>\n<p>Seit Monaten ist der Dax seitw\u00e4rts gependelt, immer wieder war die Marke von 10.000 Punkten greifbar nah, immer wieder drehte der Index vorher ab. Nun hat es der Dax endlich geschafft. F\u00fcr Party-Stimmung an den M\u00e4rkten hat einmal mehr Mario Draghi gesorgt. Seine Europ\u00e4ische Zentralbank liefert, was die Anleger sehen wollen. Sie senkt den bereits extrem niedrigen Leitzins von 0,25 auf 0,15 Prozent. Au\u00dferdem m\u00fcssen Banken k\u00fcnftig einen Strafzins bezahlen, wenn sie Geld bei der EZB parken.
