Kelly&#8217;s current focus is on exploring the pursuit of a more sustainable future through the increase of female participaton and leadership in society. Before her career change in 2005, Kelly gained ten years&#8217; experience in international business and finance with Arthur Andersen, Deutsche Bank, The Financial Times and Reuters, where she held the position of Global Head of Marketing for a high growth business unit. Kelly holds an action research MSc in Sustainability and Business Responsiblilty from the University of Bath (2009) and a BSc in International Management and Modern Languages (Bath, 1997).
