He attended the Meisterschule f\u00fcr Modegraphik and<br \/>\nworked as a painter for cinema posters.<br \/>\nSince 1995 he has been a freelance illustrator, cartoonist and author in Munich.<\/p>\n<p>Among his clients are Carlsen, Duden, Bastai L\u00fcbbe, spiegel-online, Lappan, and dtv-junior.<br \/>\nSince 2009-2013 Editorial Cartoon for the HMD-Business Informatics<br \/>\n1995 and 2004, Winner, Independant Comic Award at the Comicsalon Erlangen.<br \/>\n2009&nbsp; Grand prix of the papkinada ( Poland ).<br \/>\n2010&nbsp; Winner, Alternative comic award at the 8th Int. Comics Festival of Belgrade<br \/>\nFirst prize at the <em>XVI Golden Keg<\/em> Cartooncontest in Slowaky.<br \/>\n2011 Price of Excellency of the 2. International Biennial Peking<br \/>\n2012 Premio speciale Sandro Carlesso at Umoristi a marostica;&nbsp; Bronzen hat at the Knokke Heist Cartoonfestival.<br \/>\n2014 His collection of
