The numbers are indeed large\u2014the bank\u2019s balance sheet, for example, includes\u00a0\u20ac5 billion ($6.8 billion) with some \u20ac769 million in equity alone. But the bank\u2019s profit last year is perhaps what\u2019s most impressive.
