Analysis of salary requests made by almost 500,000 graduate job seekers between 2003
\nand 2013 on Graduate-jobs.com revealed the
\ntrend has remained the same for the past ten years.<\/p>\n

The difference between the wage expectations of males and females in 2013 was \u00a31,438. On average, men requested \u00a320,219 a year while women asked for \u00a318,781.<\/span><\/p>\n

This gap has risen since 2003, when the gap was \u00a3999 \u2013 \u00a318,506 for men and \u00a317,507 for women.
