Most economists agree that there are plenty of jobs going begging because \u00a0 potential employees are not trained for them. \u00a0How to solve the problem?<\/p>\n

In an interview, Charles Tilley of the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts made these suggestions:<\/p>\n

1. \u00a0Give students work experience while they are in college, or even high school, so that they can select a field that interests them.<\/p>\n

2. \u00a0Training programs and apprenticeship are helpful to attractive candidates.<\/p>\n

3. \u00a0Measure the effectiveness of training. \u00a0a. \u00a0an evaluation form filled out by the trainee. \u00a0b. Before an after tests to assess learning. c. Has training improved productivity? \u00a0Quality?<\/p>\n

These basic tools may make hiring a good match for a job easier.<\/p>\n
