Building on the commitments under the New Alliance for Food Security and Nutrition, the Agriculture Fast Track develops and advances a pipeline of bankable food security projects that support Africa\u2019s agriculture transformation agenda. \u00a0African entrepreneurs and particularly women are invited to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.afdb.org\/fileadmin\/uploads\/afdb\/Documents\/Generic-Documents\/Fact%20Sheet%20-%20Agriculture%20Fast%20Track%20Fund.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">apply for grants. <\/a><\/p>\n<p>Recent projects receiving grants are: \u00a0An irrigation system for small shareholder production, a hulling facility to create stronger market links for small shareholders; power source for center to train small shareholders. \u00a0Currently open to citizens of\u00a0Burkina Faso, Cote d\u2019Ivoire, Ethiopia, Ghana, Mozambique, and Tanzania.<\/p>\n<p>A project of the Africa Development Bank.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.w-t-w.org\/en\/fast-tracking-agriculture-grants-in-africa\/agriculture-in-africa\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-17401\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-17401\" src=\"http:\/\/www.w-t-w.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Agriculture-in-Africa-300x173.jpg\" alt=\"Agriculture in Africa\" width=\"300\" height=\"173\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.w-t-w.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Agriculture-in-Africa-300x173.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.w-t-w.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Agriculture-in-Africa-500x289.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.w-t-w.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/06\/Agriculture-in-Africa.jpg 526w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Agriculture Fast Track is the first and only project preparation fund focused exclusively on agriculture in Africa.
