Fed Chair Janet Yellen told Congress that the economy was improving, the Fed was doing the right things, the economy was under control, nothing the Fed was doing was creating bubbles, and that the economy would normalize sometime in the future.<\/p>\n

Since by Congressional mandate one of the central missions of the Fed is to keep unemployment rates low, it would be helpful is Chairperson Yellen would explain how the Fed’s policies are helping employment in the US. \u00a0Yellen’s testimony<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n
