{"id":21575,"date":"2014-11-13T06:36:21","date_gmt":"2014-11-13T05:36:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.w-t-w.org\/en\/?p=21575"},"modified":"2014-11-13T06:36:21","modified_gmt":"2014-11-13T05:36:21","slug":"libya-tacks-on-oil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.w-t-w.org\/en\/libya-tacks-on-oil\/","title":{"rendered":"Libya Tacks On Oil"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Oil production returned to Libya in the middle of a civi war.\u00a0 It&#8217;s one of the reasons oil prices have been tumbing.\u00a0 However, an armed struggle for control of Libya&#8217;s oil fields has made production precarious.\u00a0 An armed group from the rebel government in Tripoli stormed the field, but Libya&#8217;s National Oil company hopes to start production again soon.<\/p>\n<p>Libya&#8217;s oil bonanza looks like the latest hope to bite the dust.\u00a0 Oil prodcution was at 850,000 barrels a day in October. Now it&#8217;s down to 540,000.
