Kazakhstan maintains its previous goal of becoming one of the 20 most econmically devleoped countries by 2015.\u00a0 It has the same per capita GDP as RUssia.\u00a0 Low unemployment.\u00a0 Very litle foreign debt, a baanced budget and significant foreign currency reserves.\u00a0 Kazakhstan and Belarus are the good guys of the post-Soviety space.<\/p>\n
