Men are untapped, yet a critical resource in advancing women\u2019s global leadership and achieving equality.\u00a0 How do we harness this untapped resource?\u00a0 We engage them.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cConversations with Men\u201d has four major goals:<br \/>\nServe as a platform for candid conversations about collaboration between women and men in all spheres of leadership.<br \/>\nEngage men as crucial and equal partners in advancing women\u2019s leadership at the highest level of influence.<br \/>\nEmphasize the importance of a women&#8217;s network that is inclusive of men in leadership roles.<br \/>\nCreate opportunities with men in leadership roles for an accelerated place of equal representation of women in our society.<\/p>\n<p>The overarching goal is to engage men in leadership positions in accelerating women\u2019s leadership at the top.
