Three main problems have yet to be resolved.\u00a0 Poor consumers have to be sure their investment makes sense.\u00a0 Makers of mass market products have been slow to re-jig their products for solar.\u00a0 Working capital is scarce.\u00a0\u00a0 But solar is a sensible way to provide elecricity in underserved Afirca.<\/p>\n
