Wal Mart has surprising result after raising wages.<\/p>\n

Retailers quickly responded to Wal-Mart’s announcement of a higher minimum wage this spring. They were concerned that higher wages would mean lower profits.<\/p>\n

Those retailers don’t appear to be hurting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The money was all appropriated for the top in the hopes that it would trickle down to the needy. Mr. Hoover didn’t know that money trickled up.
